Hi, Can this tilt 180 degree so that it is vertical?

No, it does not tilt vertically. The maximum tilt is a little less than 45 degrees.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

I don't put heavy stuff on it ......I just use it to put my laptop, iPhone, and maybe a book on it.......you should contact the manufacturer for the correct information on maximum weight capacity

Hello, are the casters removable?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in the Tilting Mobile Podium. If you wanted to assemble the podium without the casters it would be possible, however I would recommend putting some kind of padding on the feet so that your floors are not damaged. If you have any other questions please reach out to customer service at 703-688-3375. Best, Megan from Stand Steady Customer Service

tall enough for 5'8" person?

Yes - my wife is 5’8 and it’s perfect for her!
