If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing.~The Rebecca Review

This has been my favorite cereal for a long time, it's really crunchy and doesn't get soggy in two seconds like other cereals. It has a nice wheaty/malty flavor. It's not too sweet which is great because I usually eat this with greek yogurt bowls and I add sweet toppings like fruits/raw honey/dark chocolate. Overall it's a relatively healthy cereal that has a good amount of fiber. I can eat this every day without guilt.

This is the most healthy and delicious cereal I have ever found. Not salty, not sugary, just delicious, high quality, high protein flakes. I have been looking for a cereal with a higher protein count and this one is it. Definite value for the money.

Loves Nature's Path organic cereal but nuts & berries would improve it!

I am giving this product 5 stars for its flavor and healthy benefits. However, I stopped purchasing from Amazon because they always throw cereal boxes in a package with a heavy item and it always comes crushed. Food items are not returnable. I am switching many of my subscribe and save items to other sellers due to this constant issue of very poor packaging.,

This is my go-to cereal. I found it in Trader Joe’s about 5 years ago while I was looking for a quality low to no sugar cereal. The flakes are crunchy, generous, and the ingredients are good.

Good crunchy cereal. I mix with a couple of other cereals. Healthy ingredients, lower sugar.

This is the absolute best cold cereal I have ever eaten in my whole life. It’s delicious, it’s crunchy just the right amount as is the sweetness not too much not too little. It’s almost addicting and I do eat it as a dry snack too. Wonderful value for money and it’s dense nutrition which is palpable in the heft of the box. Nothing airy or fairy about this cereal. Heritage Farma definitely earned their Stars and Stripes. If my children were still little and at home this would definitely be on the menu.
