Ok we bought the titanic kit and it’s missing a piece

It's missing a lot of pieces and is a mess trying to construct.

I am shortsome pieces. the bag #9 is missing. how can i get. them replaced?

My great grandson’s came in one bag and it was a mess! Finally got a refund but took some fighting (pieces were missing). I still have all the bricks … is they were in separate bags would gladly give them to you.
