Great for a Nightstand
My old humidifier gave out, so when I had a very stuffy nose, dry eyes, and slight cough (allergies) this spring, I looked to Amazon to buy a new one. I chose this one.I was surprised at its small size, since the one I had been using was probably three times larger. I wanted a larger one, but it was my fault I didn't get one. The dimensions for this one are clearly marked on the product page, and I failed to look at them. I just noted that I would receive it the next day, and that was good enough for me.This is a humidifier more suited to an end table than to the floor. Nevertheless, I placed mine on the floor, and it worked well. The steam seems to come out more in one direction only than with my older, larger humidifier, but that's to be expected. This little humidifier gets the job done, though, and done well. After only one day of use, my eyes, nose, and throat were feeling much, much better. I continued to use the humidifier through allergy season, and now I'll put it away until next year. This humidifier is so easy to use, You just fill it with water, plug it in, and turn it on. I do like the fact that I can adjust the level of steam that comes out since sometimes I need more, sometimes less. This would be great for a child's room when he or she has sniffles or a cough. Small as the humidifier is, it doesn't tip over easily at all. Now, a rambunctious child could easily knock it over deliberately if he or she were inclined, but It would have to take a deliberate action.Cleaning this humidifier is so easy. Just rinse the water receptacle, keep it clean, and that's it.When I need a new humidifier, I'll probably go for a bigger model, but until that time, this one fills all my needs and fills them well.Highly recommended, especially for a bedroom night table.

Perfect Little Humidifier for Small Spaces
This small humidifier has been a great addition to our room. It works really well even in a smaller space, and it's impressively quiet — perfect for nighttime use. One feature I really love is the adjustable nozzle. I can easily redirect the mist without having to move the whole unit, even in the dark. We once misplaced the nozzle and reached out to customer service — they were fantastic and helped us quickly and kindly. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for something compact and reliable!

So far, so good
I have used two of these humifiers for two years and they work very well. My only issue is that I wish the water tank could have been made larger. If I turn it to max output it will run dry in less than eight (8) or so hours. We use one of these in our bedroom and run it while we sleep. Other than that neither humidifier has had a single issue. They are also useful to humidify my guitar when I use it. I use both distilled water and tap water without any problem. It would have been nice if a small brush would have been provided to clean it.

Perfect for nursery/bedroom/smaller area
I love this humidifier so much, I think I've bought it 3 times so far.Sound- very, very quiet.Ease of use- if a sleep deprived mother of 3 can figure it out without directions, you can too!Tips- do not put essential oils or even the menthol cough medicine that is made for humidifiers in this. I believe it does bad things.Do not let water sit in the machine for very long. It's kind of difficult to thoroughly clean once you develop a bit of a mildew smell, but possible!Always use distilled water.Place on an elevated surface pointing away from any objects. The output is enough to make the floor or any nearby objects heavily damp.Invest in either an inexpensive thermometer with humidity or something like a little satellite thermometer for your thermostat. I have both and often check the humidity when the weather changes so I don't overdo it!Two of mine have broken in different ways. One was presumably stepped on and the tank cracked. I actually attempted to still use it since ... I can't explain why, because it's not that expensive to replace and I made a big wet mess trying to use it broken. The other actually had an issue with the bottom seal of the tank where you screw and unscrew to fill breaking and making it unable to seal enough to use.My only real wishes are to have a larger water tank because I'm lazy and 8 hours of continuous mist just isn't always enough. And to be able to use the menthol papers when someone has a cold. But they make stuff for those things if you need it bad enough!
