great practice book
Practice by answering questions is the best way for learning in my opinion. So this book is the best guide for anyone who wants to learn to become a Nurse. I got it for my Girlfriend who is studying to be a nurse and she liked it so much and it is helping her to understand things better by the Q&A style.

I only gave it 4 stars because
I found an error in question 88. . According to the rationale, the answer was acute grief. But it gave anticipatory grief as the correct answer.

Very helpful
This book was an optional text for my first semester of Nursing school. I really wish that I would have looked at this book at the beginning of the semester instead of a couple weeks before my HESI Fundamentals Exam. This book really does help you with critical thinking questions that are normally on Nursing Exams. Amazing book, would re commend to all nursing students just starting out!

Answers appear right under questions
While the questions are good but I expected the book to be similar to the pharmacology book by the same maker and have the questions WITHOUT the answers then after presenting all the questions have the answers for the remainder of the book. Its kinda hard to quiz myself with all the answers directly under the questions and that's why I can't recommend this book. I can however say the PHARM book is a good buy

Excellent!!
Excellent book. It's very helpful and I'm dining so much insight on what to expect on NCLEX when I take it next year. I'm beginning to study early so I don't have to cram at the last minute an this book has been lots of help thus far. Thank you Chase! I'm sure I will be confident in taking NCLEX.

It's very helpful
It has perfect example questions. I've finished reading the entire book within one hour. Each question has an explanation about the correct answer.
