Authentic
I was looking to create memories of Gallo Pinto from a holiday to Costa Rica but failed miserably. Recently I discovered a new recipe and was so pleased to be able to source this in the uk. Simply brilliant and so authentic.

We're Hooked
This salsa has a really unique taste that we find addicting. It's a little soon to report on what to pair it with, but I can tell you it's a huge hit on a burrito. It's not hot sauce kind of hot, but more like an unusual BBQ sauce with a very savory and warm kick. Definitely worth the money and something you should check out if you're exploring salsa options for grilled meats, seafood and the like.
