Rich, Real Cream Flavor That Outshines Other Heavy Cream Powders
Anthony’s Heavy Cream Powder has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. It blends smoothly, adds a rich, authentic creaminess, and delivers real dairy flavor without any strange aftertaste. I appreciate that it is gluten-free, non-GMO, and keto-friendly, which makes it easy to enjoy without second-guessing the ingredients. I use it as creamer in my coffee, and instead of being overly sweet or artificial, this powder tastes like actual cream and lets the coffee shine. It works great for cooking and baking, making it far more versatile than standard creamers. A high-quality product that delivers on taste, texture, and simplicity.

thus far a nice substitute to refrigerated dairy heavy whipping cream
We are on the 5th day using this product and are quite impressed with the quality. Great value for the money thus far. Our goal is to compare the price to organic refrigerated heavy whipping cream which we typically purchase for our morning coffee. the taste is rich and creamy. It clumps just a bit but with minimal patience smooths out. We do like that there are just about no unnecessary additives. Calories seem right for what it is.

Make sure coffee is hot - use a whisk
Creamy and good in my hot morning coffee - but I'm particular. I use a small whisk and the little cream globules dissolve pretty well - but i need to whisk for a half minute or so.. Can't complain really - good cream taste.. I had a dairy cow years ago - and I have to say this does not compare to her fresh morning product, but I don't have to get out there at 6 am and trudge to the barn, milk pail in hand. That's a bonus. The hotter the coffee - the easier to dissolve the cream.

Needs a little xanthan gum to hold it together and make it smooth.
I'm going to attempt to make butter from what I have left. As cream for coffee I used xanthan gum to improve the texture - just a little goes a long way. However the flavor is not especially "fresh". Heavy cream at the grocery is full of binders and ultra pasteurized which I really dislike. Would like to know more about the source of the product. What kind of cows, are they grass fed? Animal feeds often contain product that has been treated with Monsanto round up a big no-no in this house. It claims Non-GMO - how do you mean that? Organically raised dairy cows? What level of pasteurization? Might try making cheese too. Did not work for butter. Mixed according to directions and it wouldn't whip at all. As an emergency shelf stable product to some degree - it's okay.

Quality product for those on carnivore and keto
I bought Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder to make carnivore bread. The product helps create a tasty bread. It was a fine powder without clumps. The price seems comparable. There is a slight milk smell to the product-which is expected but not off-putting. The package size is fine for kitchen shelf storage, and the package reseals easily. Not sure how it reconstitutes as whipping cream, but what I used it for gave a creamy texture and pleasant taste.

Great to have on hand
Anthony's heavy cream powder is great for cooking, baking and adding to hot creamy drinks to make them creamier. The bags are always perfectly sealed and the product fresh tasting.

Works For Baking! NOT Tasty In Coffee!
I bought a bag of this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder, 1 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, No Fillers or Preservatives, Keto Friendly, Product of USA. I live in a very rural mountain location. During winter and spring thaw, we are basically stuck at home for 4 to 6 weeks, due to impassable roads. I still NEED my 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day, but I also needed a good creamer back-up for when I can't get out to the store to buy my favorite Half and Half! I will NOT drink any of the so-called powdered jar coffee creamers, which are all disgustingly loaded with hydrogenated junk and weird chemicals. When I saw this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder was made of ONLY pure dried cream, I thought that this would be an absolutely perfect solution for me and my coffee creamer habit. - - SO NOT SO! - - - For one, The 1st bag I bought was missing from the package when I got my order. - The 2nd bag was dated as expiring in 5 months, so not good for longer term back-up storage. I decided to give it a try now, since it needed to be used before the 5 month expiration. I read that for creamer, I'd need to mix it with a bit of water to make a slurry 1st. I did that, but it was super clumpy. - I added a splash of hot water into the mix, and that helped. - I tasted it before I added my coffee and it did NOT taste like cream. It tasted a bit salty and sour! - So, I added some fresh brewed coffee anyway! -- ICK! ICK! ICK! -- - Not at all smooth and creamy in my coffee like the Half and Half that I am used to. Over the past few days I have tried to experiment in other way to get this stuff to work like a decent coffee creamer. It turns out NASTY every time! So, the rest of this bag I will be using for baking biscuits and pancakes, as it does work good for them. Will I buy more of the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder? Naw... this stuff is totally NOT for me! I think I actually will just continue to keep a lot of cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in storage for any coffee emergencies. That is actually more like a delicious treat to be using Sweetened Condensed Milk in my coffee, even though I normally don't like my coffee sweetened. It is a tastier solution for me than this gloppy, sour'ish Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee. For baking though, the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder works fine.
