Fantastic pen, great ink flow, easy to hold and beautiful design

Good construction, writes a crisp fine line without skipping. Very slightly scratchy writing experience but this is typical for such small nib sizes. Very good for technical drawing or fine shading

0.38 mm nib of my dreams. Ink flow is smooth and consistent, no thick splodgy scrawls. Excellent for my cursive penmanship, which can be as illegible as a gerbils dirty scratchings to both others and myself when using anything larger than 0.25mm. Vision loss no longer need be a risk when having to decipher my handwriting. Never thought I’d write clearly again after Muji discontinued their extra fine tip. Hooray. Thank you Uniball.

This is exactly what I wanted and I have not been disappointed.

I like the tiny ball point but the pen doesn’t feel great to use if it was any more expensive I’d have returned it but not worth it given the cost. Good value for money in terms of the pen but wouldn’t recommend if you care about the feel. There are much better alternatives for a slight increase in price. I would avoid and go cheaper if you don’t care about feel or more expensive if you do

This is is nice pen, but please be aware that evening though it's a 0.28mm, it writes more like a 0.20mm. I still sent it back because it didn't sit my journal purpose I had in mind. I plan to try a thicker nib in the same series.

The Uni Jetstream EDGE 0.28mm is an amazing pen. The thinnest smoothest oil-based ballpoint pen I've come across. Rich dark black line which is also super thin. The refill is thin but lasts long enough. The aluminium front section gives it a nice balance even though it's still a fairly light pen made mostly of plastic. The click has a nice quality feeling.

Achtung! Dies ist kein Stift für Schnellschreiber. And that's what you should buy it for. The weight is well distributed, the bottom being heavier that the top. And its very comfortable to hold. Pros Writers very smooth, like butter. The fine tip is a delight for those looking for a unique writing experience. Uniball quality shines through - as I said, they are world leaders in pens Cons The pen writes best at a particular angle; so you have to adjust accordingly. Like many ball pens, it takes a day or two to catch up and become smooth. Before that, you require patience. After that, its a joy to write! Since its a niche product, refill availability will be a problem. I plan to buy some from Amazon and stock up. Price is high - but its a niche product, not your regular 10-rupaye-wala-ball-pen-available-at-nukkad-shop. So if you know what you are getting into, buy it, give it a few days and enjoy the ride! Imagine the pen being an orchid - requires care and watering and will wither away in harsh conditions; but when it blooms, its a joy to watch!
