Love the original scent and use it every night. I also love the methal one too which we have found a life saver for our little one when she has a cold. Whilst the size is small you don't need a lot

Okay so I read the reviews and people complained that the twin pack had little bottles, but I went with it because I wanted to try both scents. To be fair the bottles are reasonable sizes and will probably last for ages as you use hardly any each night. I've used both every night. They smell bloody divine. Two squirts of each, it's wonderful. Have they helped me sleep? I'd had to say after a week that the answer is yes, although I am also taking Kalms, BUT I love going to bed and look forward to lying in a bubble of scent. Trust me I don't leave reviews for stuff normally, but these are so nice and I just had to.Added - after about 4 weeks I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the skin on my face. No dry skin, less redness - could be because I’m getting some sleep, but perhaps nexuses of the tea tea snd lavender on my pillow every night.I have three spears from each bottle. Some complain it make the pillow wet, it does but not for long and you hardly notice it.This is a bedtime habit that was easy to adopt and I love it. It’s also worked for my Mom in her 80’s who is now getting her first 10 hour sleeps in 20 yrs. However it’s not worked for my Dad. So not for everyone.

Both smell amazing (breath easy especially). It definitely helps me and my wife unwind and relaxes us. It’s now become a part of our night routine. The small bottles last a couple of months I’d say (that’s with 4 sprays each a day) so lasts really long. We’ve bought big bottles since and will keep buying.

Heavenly scents that last all night fir that dreamy sleep or just to relax you when you can’t sleep

I bought this set hoping for a peaceful night's sleep, but it's been hit or miss. The lavender and chamomile scent is relaxing, but it didn't help me fall asleep faster. The eucalyptus blend is refreshing, especially when congested. However, the packaging was disappointing—it arrived squashed, which took away from its gift appeal. Overall, the scents are nice, but the effectiveness and packaging left something to be desired.
