Are you fat and realising just how many calories oil contains? Yeah, so was I.I thought "lets try fry light! Low calories!" On paper, amazing! In practise its a great solution, but dries up like a shrivelled bau sach.Why do I give it 4 stars? Cause its better than any other oil if you're fat and trying to cut down on stuff. Just consider cooking for longer on a lower heat.

I needed some fry light quickly so ordered on Amazon instead of going to the shop. It was an expensive way of doing it, even though they turned up quickly! However, they were sellotape together which meant that the stickiness has remained on there so I need to unstick from my hand after every use!

Well it does spray and not just squirt, the bottles are easy to operate despite my arthritis, and it does a great job.They're all vegan and taste good, except the "butter" which is not very nice actually- tastes like I Can't Believe I Bought This Crap, but if you like that you're well in.As well as cooking they're pretty good for saladsOne thing to note is that they all contain alcohol, which will be an issue for certain religious groups, and teetotallers.In reply to one of the one-star reviews, yes it's an emulsion and has water in it.If you're looking for pure oils you'll have to look elsewhere, though it's not an issue for me.
