With the demise of my last LTC Chatsford 6 cup pot this has become the main teapot at home. So far it's cleaning up beautifully with just a quick rinse after use and makes a very good pot of tea. Things to know: - it's sort of huge, so you have to figure out how much to fill it to match a 6 cup (36 oz) capacity, or add a couple extra tsp of tea leaves - the rim of the basket tends to catch on the bottom of the lid, so it helps to pull it slightly away from that - the tall shape makes it a bit easier to knock over so watch where you place it And... it's tippy nature was it's undoing. This got bumped one day while cleaning up, rocked towards the edge of the counter, was stopped, then rocked back and smashed into a heavy glass Krouvi mug shattering both. It's since been replaced with a much more stable Happy Lemuro pot. As a friend observed, "there's a reason the little teapot in the song is short and stout".

Love, love, love! I’ve been wanting a larger teapot with a built infuser for loose tea. We are a family of 4, and we drink a lot of tea. This is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t look like it holds as much as it does. When it arrived I actually though I ordered the wrong one, so I verified the volume with my measuring cup. Easy pour, does not spill or drip. The metal lid is attached by a removable rubber ring. So far this has been easy to remove and put back in. Hopefully that part does not break down (I’d recommend hand washing this part to make sure). The opening is too small to put my hand in to scrub, but easy to clean with any bottle brush, also dishwasher safe. The mesh infuser to easy to clean too, but don’t use a brush with bristles, because they will get stuck in the tiny holes. It’s not often I find something that is *exactly* what I wanted, but this teapot is it. I would definitely give this as a gift to anyone who loves tea, especially loose. Many pretty colors, I chose white so It would match everything.

Was very sceptical when it arrived as it did not look very big - but it holds more than you think . We get 3 mugs and 3 cups out when full. Does not drip when pouring. Dont really use the filter as we use teabags but have tried it and works well. Good product and would definately recommend.

This teapot is perfect in every way. After breaking two clear glass teapots, I was looking for something sturdy and this accomplishes that. It is also very attractive in my kitchen and I absolutely love it. Pros: - It is very large and well insulated - It does not drip when pouring (or after) - It is tall and easy to hold/pour - It is not too heavy when full and there is no risk of the lid falling off - It is easy to clean and since the handle is well-made, it doesn't feel like it will slip out of your hand when washing Cons: - The tea steeper is a long and thin cylinder making it difficult to clean if you do not have a thin enough scrubber. Luckily I already have a waterbottle scrubber and that works perfectly. This is the best teapot I have ever owned. I would highly recommend it and I would buy again if I needed one.

Great tea pot, compact modern design but holds a lot. Metal flip top is secured to the pot so no fear of it falling off. You can fill only to bottom of black rubber gasket (which hold lid in place) or tea will flow out of the spout. I would buy again.
