This Underworks Vulvar Varicosity and Prolapse Support has truly worked for me. I was experiencing a lot of pain from my prolapse, and after I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement. I read many reviews before purchasing it and was hesitant at first, but I’m so glad I decided to buy it. I purchased a size Medium. I am 5’1” and 128 pounds, with hips measuring 38.5 inches. It fits snugly, but it is comfortable and does not cause any pain or discomfort. The most important thing is making sure the fit is secure and not too loose. While I am waiting for surgery, my gynecologist has encouraged me to continue using it. It has made a huge difference in just one week and has helped me manage my symptoms much more comfortably. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for additional support while awaiting treatment

Have wanted to take the time to write an unsolicited review for quite a while. I don’t know why these things got some bad reviews. I absolutely love them, wear them daily, and they’ve truly truly solved my problems and eased my pain/discomfort. Between lifting a growing grandchild and puppy, and lots of digging in the garden, I experienced groin pain, lower back pain… These really helped! And I use them- in light of the hot weather- as bike shorts for stationary bike instead of bike shorts. I almost did not purchase these- esp in light of price. And I figured they’d be returned immediately for one reason or another. Most likely being that I got the wrong size. Well none of the above. Could not be further from the truth. They are incredibly comfortable! I debated getting an XS but based on reviews thought they’d be too tight. After much deliberation I purchased them in a S and do not regret the decision! And worth every penny! I am 5’2 and weigh 102.

Really this is a 4.5 star review. If you have vulvar varicosities, this is a MUST. I feel instant relief and great for when I’m on my feet a lot during the day. WORTH THE MONEY. The only reason I give 4.5 is because I wish they had a maternity size. The waist band digs into my mid section the larger I get in my pregnancy and it can be very uncomfortable at times. But I’ll take it over the relief it gives.

After I had ordered these, I found something else that was more what I wanted, and I thought I would probably just return these. But when they came, I thought - hey - I will try them on and see what they are like. And they were really comfortable. I don't have a big issue needing the particular support they provide, but it nonetheless felt very nice when I had it. I wear them when I will be walking and on my feet for several hours. They give me some feminine support I didn't even know I was lacking. For a long time on your feet, they feel really nice.

I like this product even though I’ve only had it a few hours. I went walking for the first time in a while, and I felt great. I’m excited to get back to living life. My only surprise was that the product was much larger than I expected it to be. I’m 5’7” size 12 jeans, and I ordered a large based on my hip measurement. The large is really quite big on me. I’ve pulled the drawstring as tightly as it’ll go, but it’s still somewhat loose. I just now reordered in a size medium. I wore my boxer style undergarment beneath my tightest workout pants, and it’s very comfortable. The fabric is thick, but very breathable and stretchy. The crotch area is particularly stiff (not in an uncomfortable way, though— it’s stiff as in supportive & strong) and it’s thicker than the rest of the garment. I was literally praying to find something that made me feel like I could get back to living my life, and even though these are a bit too big, I can already tell this is what I needed (just in a smaller size). I definitely recommend the boyshort/boxer style to any woman needing physical support so she’s no longer afraid of living life or living in constant fear of making the pelvic issue worse. These are a physical AND mental boost for me. I am keeping the size large, because I believe they’ll work well to wear with feminine menstruation pads. If you’re planning on wearing pads with them, especially the larger/overnight pads, it might be a good idea to order a pair one size larger than what you’d typically need, just for that time of the month.

I wash these cold water and hang them to dry on a hanger and they they bunch up. I try to stretch them out, but after a few washes, they are all bunched in the front by your stomach, even if you pull the black draw strings , which would be nice if it was a white draw string and it we would be able to remove it I called the company and they said that’s the way it is. That’s the way they make it. There’s nothing they can do about it. Go to wear once or twice maybe three times after washing but $39. That’s a lot of money maybe just wear them when you’re gonna walk a lot.

I have a grade 2 uterine prolapse and am currently waiting on surgery which is over 2 months away. I was in constant pain from pretty much doing anything other than laying in bed, but even that was painful. All of the pain also caused fatigue, which also caused issues with concentration. I have a job where I sit all day but I need to be able to think because it's a highly technical job. These are a lifesaver. I have this boy short style and the brief style. They both work but the boy shorts are my fav. They ARE BETTER THAN COMPRESSION SHORTS, which I tried but did nothing. I put on some compression shorts, coughed, and immediately had a back spasm. Needless to say, I put these back on. So for the reviewer who said these are the same as compression shorts must not have a uterine prolapse because there is a major difference. Are they sexy? Not really, though they do give your butt a lift and smooth you out. Frankly, I don't give a rat's patootie if I'm sexy right now. I just want to be able to function. With these, I don't have to ask my kids to drive me places or go to the store for me or take off more sick time at work. I'm incredibly grateful these exist and absolutely 💯 recommend these. They are worth the price. Fun fact, there is a website for Underworks so you can buy directly from them. They ship from Miami, FL., so you may consider ordering from there if that's close to you as they are less expensive than here but take longer to ship.

game changer! Can walk the dogs without any leaks. Go shopping, coffee, be a lady 'wot does lunch' They are neither comfortable or uncomfortable - you know you have them on but it isnt an issue and for anyone with problems when walking around etc they are fabulous - not cheap but really worth it.

Fantastic product. Has enabled me to lead a normal life again. Extremely well made and surprisingly comfortable. The suggestion to order one size up is valid. One addition I will make is a soft gripper toggle to the cord as it tends to loosen over time.

I waited nine days for this item to be shipped from the US. This was not explained at the time of making the order. I have a prolapse and am currently wearing another support garment but although it's helpful was hoping for something more comfortable.The reviews sounded hopeful. Sadly, although I ordered large [I'm a size 16] it is too small and has a very short rise. The waist band cuts across the lower end of my spine and as I have spinal stenosis L4 and 5 the compression gives me pain in this area. It doesn't support the prolapse either. I knew it was a gamble and I lost my £40! C'est la vie.

I've been using these for a few months. They help support my prolapse fantastic. I like the low rise on these shorts as you can hike them up for extra support and you can tighten the string at the top to give a better fit. I was disappointed to see they do not do an Extra small as I have the knicker/pants version and they do not give me enough support due to being to big and too high rise. They have made my life so much more bearable.
