Is this a scam?

No its not a scam! Took me a few weeks to get over the cost, but realized it was worth a shot compared to everything else I tried. The cock ring does as advertised but the tension bands were very uncomfortable. Silicone O-rings are far more  comfortable and flexible compared to Buna black O-Rings. Sizing of the bands are limited by Giddy. So I just bought a set of silicone O-Rings ($14) to find the best size for better ejaculate realease, which was being  restricted by to tight of tension band. I love the design and quality, just not the limited options! Good Luck

if you cant get hard how do you put this on? if you are limp how can you get it placed?

Some users find it easier to put on the device while flaccid, while others find it easier to put on the device while fully erect. Either is totally fine! First, place the device at the base, with the opening facing down. There’s no front or back to the device; it’s reversible, it can be inserted into either side. Just make sure that when the device is at the base with the opening is facing down.
Once your device is around the base, apply one of the variable-strength tension bands around the legs of the device. Use the Comfort band if you’re looking for a moderate amount of tension. Or, use the Sport band for maximum tension.
An alternative method for applying the device, that’s popular with the Sport band, is to wrap the band around the legs of the device before placing it. Using two hands, pull apart the legs of the device, holding them apart slightly to create a wider opening, while sliding the device on.
If you experience difficulty with this alternative method, try covering the device in lubricant before taking these steps, and slide it on until it reaches the base.
