Can i use in a sauna mixed with water on the coals?

Hi and thank you for your question. That is a great way to use our oil and we have also used it in that way. Just use safely by applying a few drops to water and then onto the sauna coals once diluted as you have suggested. Best wishes, Rob

Is this suitable for massaging?

Hi Shaf and many thanks for your question. The oil is pure undiluted essential oil, so it can't be applied to skin directly. However if blended with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, etc. then you could use as a massage oil. As always check that whomever is using the oil isn't allergic to any of the essential oils our oil blend contains and the mixture of oil to carrier oil is sufficient and safe for skin contact. Used in this way our oil is a very good decongestant. I hope this helps and best wishes.

Hello, Can this be used in an oil burner?

I just use it on a tissue or as a vapor. I don't have an oil burner so I can't answer the question.

Nooooo don't spray it into your mouth. If you have a diffuser, put 5-10 drops in there. Or add drops to a bath, or a spray bottle with distilled water, you can also add baking soda and rubbing alcohol (there are lots of natural air freshener recipes online). Or add drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale. But definitely don't ingest it.

It definitely relieves congestion and I would recommend it for this purpose.

I had been suffering from a congestion head ache for several days. When this arrived I tried it immediately and it did relieve the discomfort very quickly. It has continued to help while I am still recovering from whatever caused this infection. I was using normal Eucalyptus oil which was helpful, but, not as helpful as this blended oil. I would give it 5 stars, but, as helpful as it is, I find that, for me, the aroma is just slightly off putting. Once I am better I will likely return to using more fragrant oils in my living room diffuser and keep this rather clinical and woody scented, but soothing oil for use at night. Will buy again.

Not for sensitive skin

Lovely smelling essential oil blend but only 5 minutes in a deep bath using the recommended 6 to 8 drops caused a severe and immediate allergic reaction (see photo).My (less sensitive) husband shared the same bath with no reaction and feels his breathing is clearer.Would recommend the product but not if you have sensitive skin.
