Healthy, pure, and good for your pup
I know this is called dog food, but we use it for treats. My dog will do anything to get one of these. We call it chicken crack because it is really motivating her! It is pure 100% chicken so I feel good that I am treating her with something that is good for her.

My dog liked them, only thing is it was a lot of crumbles, maybe not send it with something else heavy in the box. Order separately might be best. Would buy it again

Purebites must have changed formula or way they are making - bad smell!
I purchased these treats a year ago August 2022 and our new puppy LOVED them. More recently I have purchased 3 bags from different local Pet Stores (I would have purchased from Amazon again, but the pieces were pretty crushed so thought I'd get them locally). However, each time I purchased, my dog would turn her nose at them. I did notice that the chicken was a bit more "yellow" than the original bag where the chicken was more lightish white. I couldn't figure it out until I smelled in the bag. Smelled awful. So I returned and got another bag. Same thing - chicken was a bit darker and smelled bad. Just to see what my dog would do, I let her sniff a piece (I was not going to let her eat it!). She snubbed her nose. I poured out a few treats and noticed that some had some fat on them and was moist. ICK! Since she loved these treats so much originally, I bough one more bag at a local pet store. Same thing. So disappointing. I have concluded that Purebites has changed their formulation of these treats - maybe using cheaper chicken (with fat!) or using a different method to freeze dry? Not sure - but BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Must ship in box and not bag
My dogs and cat loves this! However if it doesn’t arrive in a box, then the whole bag is dust and my crew has a hard time eating it.PLEASE SEND IN A BOX AND NOT A BAG PLEASE!!
