Installation on a Maytag MAH2400 AWW
Brush with brush-holder (was not clear in the description, but they came as a pair as pictured) fit perfectly on my Maytag MAH2400 AWW. Delivery to Calif only took 9 days. I can't believe no supplier in the USA had these for a price as reasonable as this seller from the UK! The US prices ranged from $70-135 PLUS shipping. BEFORE starting installation, UNPLUG the power cord. While the new brush-holders are out of the machine you will re-use the original screws by getting them started in their respective holes. Screw them in so the tip of the screw is flush with the backside. Plug the wire connector on to the tang in the same orientation as it came off and bend it down into the holder til it snaps into place. While holding the carbon brush in, now's a good time to break off the little plastic finger that holds it retracted for shipping without letting the brush pop out forcefully which might damage it. Gently maneuver it into place and snug up the screws. Done! I'd seat the brushes in by running it empty on the spin cycle before putting a load in. Motor data: Make C.E.SET. Model MCC 61/64-148/SEC1

Check angle
This is the second time buying these brushes. First set was perfect. But they wore down and needed to be replaced again. This set came with the brush angles the wrong side. I was able to grind them to the correct side and use. Compare against the original ones before installing.

It was perfect!
I tried to purchase this set of carbon brushes at an appliance parts shop and I was told that I would have to buy a new motor for my Whirlpool front-load washer ($590.00). But I watched a repair video and did some checking around and found the brushes were available through Amazon and a good number of reviewers said they were happy with these brushes and that they fit perfectly. Shipping was quick and I, too, am very happy.

Buyer Be Aware....
These brushes were oriented incorrectly when put together by the manufacturer. Looks like I'm not the only one who had received brushes like this. We had to break them apart to get them to fit in the motor correctly. Fingers crossed they will hold up for a while. I cannot return them for obvious reasons but hopefully the seller can check their supply so this doesn't happen to others just trying to fix their broken washer. Luckily we could make these work, but I can see others just give up because they don't fit. They are indeed the correct part for whirlpool front loading washer WFC7500VW, although something went wrong on the manufacturing end and these somehow got overlooked in quality control. Be aware!

Worked for our Whirlpool Washer Model: WFC7500VW0
Our basket stopped turning and would give a F06 code which was could be one of 3 things, all related to the motor. We first cleaned out the drain pump and still had issue, then took out the control board to look for any burnt spots, none, so we went to the motor itself and checked all the ohm tests readings in the manual and the brusher test failed, we called everywhere and no one does the bushes, they only replace the $4oo-700 motor, after some more research and reading reviews here, it was worth the gamble to try these for $22. They worked, they seem loud, maybe they will wear in and get a bit quieter, I hope they last longer than the originals. Not a novice job.

These work for WPool WFC7500VW2
Thanks AMZ for carrying these carbon brushes for my Whirlpool WFC7500VW2! Worked.Washing machine drum won’t spin from top of cycle ( F06 error ). Hired repairman diagnosed machine “bad motor” ( motor tachometer; replacement motor part not avail and very $$$ so he said he will instead rebuild motor for less which then convinced me about replacing the carbon brushes - Glad we did bec one of them was worn out ( not the one pictured here ) YES do remove the plastic clip at the very end before snapping them in place.Watch YOUTUBE videos ( mostly by the Brits ) to get a heads start on this repair project !Thanks to the previous reviews about these since they were informative!!

Check the brush bevel before installing!
I've ordered this part # twice before, no problem. I run my machine hard, and I find it eats brushes every two years. The spin rate drops and loads come out wet.But - this time, the assemblies look slightly different and the brush bevels are angled the wrong way. I had to remove the carbon brushes from the housings and reverse them. This then required bending the male power tabs into a horizontal position so the reversed brushes would fit back into their housings. It was a bit tricky slipping the machine power input leads onto the tabs in this position, but a needle-nose pliers does the job.I don't know if anybody else has seen this. My fix works, but I'm going to do a little research into why these things have changed and if there's a new, applicable part #.

Fixed F06 Error on WFC7500VW2
These brushes were easy to install, fit my Whirlpool WFC7500VW2 perfectly and fixed the stupid F06 error!! I was surprised how easy it was to detach the motor. Even easier to replace the brushes. The fix took me about an hour and most of that time was spent unscrewing the million screws on the back of the machine.Watch some YouTube videos on the topic before you do anything. Very helpful stuff!
