How does the warranty work

In general, all Royal Baby frames and forks are covered for a lifetime, except for aluminum frames and forks that is covered for 10 years. How do I install the basket for the bike?

Basically there are two plastic zip tie type things that go on each side of the the handle bars and throug the basket in each side.
