So good for the price of some reeds!
I'm getting back into it after a 25 year break, I wanted a bright sound to play lines at church mainly. Took a gamble but this appears to play easier than the student piece that came with my horn. I practiced so long the first day I got embrochure fatigue. This is an awesome mouthpiece, didnt even have to buy another reed, standard Rico works great. I was very happy with the tone considering I"m still redeveloping my technique, embrochure.

The best mouthpiece value for the money
This is a wonderful sounding and playing mouthpiece. It fit snuggly on the neck of my horn and making adjustments were easy. It gave my horn a nice crisp sound and far greater projection than the selmer mouthpiece I was using. The intonation was still great and I was able to hit all of the notes with ease at all volumes once I got use to it which took about 30 minutes. I think a beginner could even use this provided they have a good teacher and soft reeds. For the money, it's a great value. It appears to be heavy and solidly built. The ligature is another matter however. While it works, it's made of a cheap plastic that mimics the looks of leather that most likely won't last very long. The mouthpiece is slim so the standard ligature will be too big for it. You'll need to shop around to find a quality ligature to fit it at some point. It lost one star for that. I wish it could be a half a star because I don't think it's a big deal.

GREAT!!
I have been playing Sax for years.. I was never told tht different mouthpieces are needed for different styles of playing... Once I got this mouthpiece, I didnt want to put my saxophone down. It smoothed out my sound and took the sharpness out of my high notes.. this was like 35$s and I was able to tell the difference.. I seen other mouthpieces up to 300$+, I can only imagine how my sax would sound with those. However, as of now, I am gonna play with this one👍👍

Amazing
Hitting the bottom note solidly and the highest notes I’ve been able to reach from a plastic mouthpiece, much louder as well.

Nice metal alto sax mouthpiece
This is a very nice alto mouthpiece with ligature and cap for under $50.00. I added a baffle that made it even more suited for my use.
User
Very disappointed
It's very poorly built, no reeds holds on the mouthpiece except for 1.5 reeds

Price - performance ok, but not my favorite mouthpiece.
Tried the product because I already own another Yibuy MP for my tenor sax, which is ok.I compared the MP with my Schreiber 7 Jazz MP. While loudness is comparable, the Yibuy is lacking sound quality, and the reed tends to squeak, so I clearly prefer the Schreiber MP.Maybe some kinds of reeds work better, but the ones I tried all show the same characteristics.Although the shape and finish is looking good, I also realized that the table surface is machined quite rough - I guess this is the reason why the MP does not stand the Pop Test (tightness test). What I like is the well-made ligature, but the cap is too loose without a mounted reed or sitting at a strange angle when the reed is mounted.I would return the MP, but transport to China is too expensive.

Funciona bien
Compre la 7 ya que estaba usando una rico 5b y pensé que estaría más abierta, pero pareció estar más cerrada, entonces recomiendo comprar la abertura más grande para tener un mejor juego de tonos a la hora de tocar
