It's spearmint and that is delicious. It has no sugar so that doesn't hurt and it won't mess with your teeth. Your cheek may be sore from excessive chewing because you bought a lot of gum (210 sticks). It helps freshen your breath. The plastic containers help it from being destroyed in your bag or backpack in my case. It helped carry me throw projects by conditioning myself to making chewing correlate with work. Who is it for: people who like spearmint and sugar free gum a lot, people who have self control, people who want way too much gum Who isn't it for: people who dislike spearmint, people who have jaw issues from chewing too much, probably people with braces, people who hate sharing (don't open in sight of others), people who dont like extra gum

This is my favorite gum. I love the fact that this is a case of six packs. It is so much more convenient to just go to my cabinet and get a new one out then having to search the shelves at the grocery store for the flavor I want. The flavor lasts a long time. And I have found a use to repurpose the cute plastic containers. That is important to me as I feel there should be less waste in our environment. I will continue to buy for convince and price point.

Good gum. The flavor doesn’t last very long, but the gum stays soft a really long time, and for me that is more important. I like this gum and plan to purchase it again. The packs of gum come in individual clear plastic containers to help keep the gum fresh and I can keep it on hand in several places.

Recommended by surgeon. Chewing for a few days before surgery was supposed to get me relaxed. And it is sugar fee so I didn't have to feel like it would add calories. Tasty, too, assuming you like spearmint flavor.
