Perfect! It is working perfectly.
Worked perfectly. My AC compressor did not run. After testing, the compressor is still OK, but cannot run by itself. Bought this SPP5 Hard Start kit, hoping it would help to start the compressor. Yes, it started the compressor perfectly. Now, my AC aging compressor runs well for a week without any problem so far. Recommend to use it on aging compressor.

Does the job!
This seems to work really well! I just happened to install it in my unit when my compressor was on it's last leg...but when I did first hook it up, my compressor did start up when the thermostat called for it. Before, it was starting whenever it wanted to. Luckily, it wasn't super hot and I had a portable A/C unit we used until a HVAC friend of mine got me my new one. All in all, this seems to work like it says it will.

It fixed it. 35 year old heat pump is still going!
Respected company and it couldnโt have been simpler to install. The compressor was stuck and just buzzing but started right up after. Just make sure to watch a lot of videos on doing it so you donโt get electrocuted or shocked by the capacitor. Itโs easy, but no joke.

Saved me for now
If you're handy it shouldn't be too difficult to install. It helps kick-start my aging AC compressor each time the AC turns on. Spend $15 on this versus thousands on a new AC system is a no-brainer.
