OEM Bissell 1548 ProHeat 2X Revolution Brushroll 1606431

This was tricky to install, but it is doable by anyone. They fit exactly. The quality is the same as the original. Now I have a nearly new carpet cleaner.

Ordered this because I recently ordered belts to replace but it turns out the cogs on the brush wheels were worn and I needed new ones. Also ordered this because I read a review that it came with the belts as well. Mine came in today and didn't have the belts. So I'm glad I had already ordered the belts. Simple install, just doesn't come with the belts in my instance. My fault for not reading further into it, it's even asked as a question here. Installed it the same day it came in, and finally got to clean my floors. Works great!

Absolutely wonderful brush replacement. The two brushes, with the bushing washers (spacers) and plastic end caps came completely assembled with belts for both sides. This only required me to place the "cartridge" into the machine and place the drive belt on the back left roller and over the (motor) drive gear. Very easy. Great kit. I was in business in 15 min. See YouTube for ton of videos to replace the rollers. Great product/unit.

Be sure to put some light lubricant behind the thrust washers as they are shipped dry and won't last long in a wet environment.

Exactly what we needed to repair our bissell and save money. I was ready to purchase a new machine (but dreaded as our old one had the boy been used a dozen or so times over the years). But the husband was confident that we just needed to replace the brush rolls. The previous ones got bent when a belt broke. Was so happy the parts were sold here and worked great!

Bought these for my parent's cleaner. You should change the belts at the same time, just to keep all the parts at the same age. A small screwdriver is all that is needed for disassembly / assembly. Take your time and watch how the belts / gears engage. Easy to reassemble. I was back to cleaning the carpet in no time.
