Doesn't cause XS gas!
I have an elderly mother that I take care of and I'm always pushing these fiber supplements on her. The Other day we ran out and my Amazon order wasn't gonna be in for a couple days so I went to my local Publix where I'm at where I not only found this benefiber but it's close Publix generic shelf shelf Mate at a savings of about 3 bucks so I figured what the heck it seemed like a good deal right? OMG I thought we were going to have to lock her outside on the line a overnight because the impression she makes of the engine exhaust of a 1971 Volkswagen beetle wasn't funny anymore. Even though the ingredients on the cans may seem identical the benefiber does not Cause XS gas like the other supplement did. Well worth the extra 3 bucks believe me.

Dissolves easily, leaves no taste. Don’t bother with generic store brands. This is better.
Good product. I tried a less expensive store brand and did not like the taste. The taste of this is neutral. Dissolves well. Gets good results.

Recientemente pasé un proceso muy difícil de salud con las hemorroides a causa del estreñimiento y esto me llevó a tener que ligarme las hemorroides y a los 30 días de mi operación, cuando la doctora me revisó me sugirió este producto y créanme en una semana he tenido mejoría con mi problema , lo recomiendo

Works
Easy to use, just stirred into my coffee. It did its job as described. No taste, dissolves quickly.

Works well, packaging is not great.
This stuff works well, I can absolutely tell a difference when I don’t take it, however the packaging SUCKS and that’s why it’s getting 4 stars. Once the powder gets to the bottom 1/3 or so of the container, it’s really hard to get out with your standard teaspoon. I’m talking the actual measuring spoon, not a silverware spoon.Other than that it’s good. Can’t taste it, dissolves nicely in my coffee, doesn’t cause any bloating or gas.

It works and with no taste
Benefiber works. It has no taste so it doesn't taint the water taste. I have been using this for years and will continue buying one every month.

Good stuff!
Very good and effective fiber supplement. Very mixable, dissolves quickly into hot food, doesn't change the taste or consistency of anything. Good size, good value for money, good effect.I was using psyllium husks for a while, but didn't like how much water they absorbed. They made me feel dry-mouthed whenever I took fiber. I also felt like acidic foods reduced the effectiveness of psyllium husks, which required me to take even more. With this Benefiber powder, I don't get these problems. I just take a normal amount and it just works. Easy to use, and easy to enjoy the benefits.
