My functional dr recommended these vitamins.Been taking now for 9 months and believe they make me feel good.I take them with breakfast.U get 7 in a package The price is steep bit but for your health it is worth it.

better absorption, easy to take, great mix of vitamins and minerals compared to other "over the counter" options...but 100% to those who have called out missing capsules. i will re-order based on overall satisfaction, but ~1/5 packets are missing a capsule and also got a couple "smashed" capsules i had to discard. good product that could be great with more attention to quality control.

I can't explain it, but when we feel like we're getting sick, we take these and we're feeling better the next day. My wife used to get sick every winter & had pneumonia 4 times. No more since taking these. These are the most effective vitamins we've ever used. I've never had vitamins this effective & we're in our 60's.

I think these are some of the best vitamin supplements on the market. I was buying the more expensive ones from DoTerra and when I had my vitamin levels tested I was low in several areas. These have corrected that problem.
