Very good replacement. Troy built was smart to design a bunch of models to use the same part. Someone commented about the screws not being very good. Mine were fine. Exact replacements for the original and my allen key fits even more snug in them. You are not supposed to tighten from the allen key side anyways, it's only for holding the screw still while tightening the lock nut on the other side.

This blade is really sharp. Minus one star for the screws. I tried two different allen/hex bits (5/32 I think) and neither of them would really grip the head of the screw when tightening the locking nut because the hex stamp on the screw head is not quite deep enough. Seems like maybe the die was wearing out when the screws were run through the header. Now that they are in, I have no confidence that I will be able to get them out next time the blade needs replacement. Would recommend upgrading the screw to a torx head for more grab.

I picked up an older chipper at a yard sale. It chipped ok but was bogging down some and not feeding the branches very well. I installed this blade and it made a huge difference. Chipping much better and pulling the wood into the chute.

These blades were a direct fit for my chipper/vac. They are sharp and allowed me to finish my yard cleanup quickly.

We acquired a 1970’s Kemp chipper. The blade was broken. This was just what we needed! Thankyou!

Easy enough to replace just watch some videos online for pointers. Not 5 star because I have to pull it off and sharpen it already. Don't really blame the product, just part of the deal. Blades need to be kept sharp to work their best. My original blade was still in decent shape so I sharpened it and installed it back on the machine. Will do the same with the new one. Just rotate usage to keep down time to a minimum.
