What is the warranty on this knife set?

Not 5 year only 1 year as one of mine broke and there customer support was there not interested only had for 14 months I wouldn’t recommend

Do these knives Cut straight, and not wonky!?

The knives have a sufficient weight to allow accuracy when cutting. Very pleased with mine.

are they dishwasher safe

No. Box says: “Do not put your knife in a dishwasher or leave it soaking in water” and “Wash in warm /hot soapy water and dry immediately
