Amazon Essentials Women’s Belice Ballet Flat

After years of searching for ballet pumps to fit me and squeezing my size 9s in to whatever size 8 I can stretch, I bought two pairs of these on a whim. Measured my feet about five times and felt a bit odd ordering size 10.5 but here they are and wow! Fit beautifully, comfy,soft and seem to be remarkably well made with a slight cushioned bottom. I bought the navy and soft gold colour and might go and order more now I've found shoes that fit!

I'm always a size 5 standard width, however, after reading the reviews, I ordered a half size up. Unfortunately these were too small, they are very short in the length although the width was fine. This pair are going back and I've received a replacement pair in a 6 which feels slightly better. Unfortunately though the stitching in the inside of shoe is a knot and it scrapes an area of my foot. I don't know if it will ease in time so may have to return those too but will be ordering the 6.5 if I do as the 6 is still not quite long enough. Overall, they are comfortable enough and although the innersole is soft, it feels supportive and the build quality feels quite good. So pleased to have found these as yonks ago back in the 60's and 70's Marks & Spencers used to make them and they were then called cha cha shoes. My advice would be to go up a size minimum, maybe even 1.5 sizes bigger. It's not a hassle to return them and you could also get a few pairs on Try Before You Buy although oddly they take longer to arrive and are a little more expensive that way.

I purchased these for an event for my daughter, and they were absolutely perfect. They look really elegant and added a lovely finishing touch to her outfit. She found them comfortable to wear throughout the event, which is always a big win—no complaints or sore feet! They’re simple but stylish, making them easy to pair with different outfits. Great quality for the price, and I’d definitely buy them again for future occasions.

I found these to be very flimsy. I expect ballet flats to be just that flat without a heel which these are but they have a sole that's about as thick as a sheet of paper. There is no padding of any description & no arch support. I also thought the stitching around the outside was far too visible and the elastic made them look cheap. I will say that the wide fitting was good and they fitted true to size but I ended up returning them because the sole was just too thin and there was absolutely no support for your foot. If you're going to pad around on carpet all day these are probably fine. On concrete, not so much.

I work in reception of a private care home so I needed so nice for ballet shoes. I saw these and thought perfect and cheap. Well you get what you pay for I do around 15 thousand to 19 steps a day throughout the home on day 3 both soles of my shoes came off. I was so upset and cross it then cost me a Fortune in super glue being 1 hour into an 8 hour day for the soles to fall off again 2 days later. DO NOT BUY CHEAP. I’m a single mum with not much money and these shoes have cost me dearly I should have just got a pair for £50.

Nice shoe and colour brown. I usually wear 7.5 to 8. The size 'UK' shown is not UK. If you look at the 'size guide' you will see the 'brand size', below that you will see the correct UK sizes. For size 8, I ordered the 10UK wide. The shoe fits really well, just a wee bit long, but with a heel grip will be perfect. As I liked the shoe I ordered the Gold in 9.5 wide which would be ideal. The sizing is the only downside as difficult to work out but I hope my review helps. The size guide also shows the length for the foot. Again I recommend measuring your foot from your big toe to heel. Really helps. Overall a lovely shoe and recommended.
