No Fishy Aftertaste and Easy to Take
Honestly, this is one of the easiest omega supplements I’ve taken. Nordic Naturals Complete Omega Xtra (lemon) has no fishy aftertaste at all, which already puts it way ahead of most fish oil pills. The soft gels are easy to swallow (not huge, not gross), and the light lemon flavor makes them pretty painless to take every day. I also like that it’s omega-3s plus omega-6 and 9. It feels like you’re actually getting something solid without having to take a bunch of capsules.

Worth the price for mental clarity!
I’m a woman in my mid-40s and before I started taking these I had so much brain fog. My husband was recommended these for his ADHD to positive results and so gave it a try. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve started and I have noticed such a rapid improvement in my mental clarity. It’s now rare for me to struggle to remember words or walk into a room and forget what I went in for. Truly worth the high price point.

No fishy taste!
These are my go to omegas! They do not have a fishy taste and no fishy burps.

Low omega levels
I have started functional therapy, and I guess I have low omega levels. I like clean products that have been 3rd party tested, no metals and no artificial colors. I do not taste a fishy taste nor have fishy breathe. The pills are larger but they do not bother me, I am excited to see if there is a change in my brittle nails, brittle hair and hopefully I get better sleep since low omega levels can have these negative affects . I will keep yall posted !

Exceptional and Effective
Nordic Omega's are in a class by themselves. The quality, the sustainable means of manufacturing, the results I experience--and I've tried many other brands-- are exceptional and without peer.

Product worth 5 stars, but shipping issues cost one star...
I had this on subscription, as it is great for getting extra Essential Fatty Acids (Omega-3, -6, & -9) for heart and joint health. It isn't nasty tasting nor smelly, and was a great value, since you don't need to take as many to get the benefits. However, suddenly this dose was flagged as "not deliverable to address", but the lower dose version (also Nordic Naturals) does still ship to my address. So now I have to pay more to place a double order of the lower dose version and take twice as many for the same results. There goes the value!! Therefore, although the product deserves 5 stars, I docked a star due to the inconvenience of the seller changing it's shipping.

I have no complaints about these and they're supposed to contain more Omega, but also Omega 6 and Omega 9. I really don't know if including Omega 6 and Omega 9 in supplements at all helpful or "better". I have heard higher amounts of DHA and EPA are beneficial for Omega 3 to make a difference though so thats why I got these. I haven't measured a difference taking them to justify taking them though. Just that Omega 3 may help with my condition.

Fish oil without the fish taste!
This is the only fish oil I have found that doesn’t leave me with the after taste or fish burps. Highly recommend!
