It couldn’t be easier to use. Loaded the program from the dvd in a few minutes and immediately started working on a will. The program starts with a list of life situations and determines what documents would be appropriate for your situation. You select which document to work on and complete some simple questions. The program drafts the document based on your inputs. Admittedly, I don’t have any “out of the ordinary” situations, but it is programmed to make the writing as easy as possible. When complete, which can take about five minutes to about twenty minutes, it prepares a pdf file with the document and instructions on how to complete it with the required signatures and notary, if necessary. It also has a short explanation of terms and sections of the will to allow you to understand what exactly you’re setting up. It will do this for all documents you prepare.I would highly recommend this product. Not only is it easy, but it cuts through a lot of legalese so an average layperson can understand what it says. There may still be a lot of legal terminology, but since you “wrote” it, you understand what is in it and what it does based on your decisions. It also allows you to update the documents as your life changes by changing just what needs to change.One other feature, if you and your spouse both make wills which are essentially identical, after you complete one, it asks if your spouse would like an identical will. If you select “yes”, it uses all the information already put into your will to create the second one. Literally takes a minute to create the second will with you replacing your wife as executor. No need to answer all the questions again.

Tried to make some edits after saving a file and it just doesn't allow it to happen. Not bad for the price. I got sick of paying attorneys for simple wills.

The package arrive on time an in good shape. However, the 2022 Software update (shown and described in the product description) did not arrive and there was no notification on what/when to expect it. I am sending it back.

This is the well known "Will Maker" Software. It comes will many bonus documents as PDF files. They're nice to have but all unlabeled.The shipping, which is usually great, simply involved someone slapping a shipping label on the products box (it was not even in an envelope). Luckily the CDs did not get damaged.Overall, it's a nice set of documents.

I'm still alive so I can't really say how well this product works.If I die, I'll update this review.

I delayed in using this software after my purchase to then run into the road block that I was not able to add CONDITIONS in this software when setting up a Trust. I've spoken with a financial advisor who in the business to assist in creating trusts. This software in the road block states that conditions are not recommended but the advisor stated that conditions are frequently used when needed. So why did this software description not disclose up front that the software has limits to what is frequently done in Trusts and/or Wills such as Conditions? I'm beyond the 30 day return policy now and stuck with a CD drink coaster. If your life situation is super simple then perhaps this program will work for ya.
