This supplement works
This is a great supplement. My daughter takes one a day as he has low iron and these work a treat. When we have run out and she hasn't taken any for a week or so I can definitely tell the difference in her, from how pale she is to how tired. Definitely worth it, but I would suggest starting with one a day.

Good value product but severe stomach cramps.
Fast delivery nice product worth the price good value. Only problem like many Iron drugs is severe stomach cramps after 3 days. SI I will start to take one every other day now.

Feeling fantastic
I have been using this product for around 2/3 months now and can honestly say they work! I feel much more energised, less lethargic and ‘heavy’ (if that makes sense). If I miss a day or two I can really notice the difference of feeling weak & tired again. I would definitely recommend, and I will be buying again for sure.

Early days on energy levels, no adverse reactions though
I can react very badly to supplements - weird allergies and have to be so careful with capsules. No adverse reactions, I also use the firm's multivits and calciums - both tablets and pigs to swallow, this isn't too bad.

Amazing
I never usually write reviews but these tablets are life changing. For weeks I’ve been exhausted, barely able to function. I had blood tests but all came back clear. I was really struggling, found these online and thought I’d give them a go. Within 2 days, I started to feel better and now I’ve got so much energy, I’m up at the crack of dawn.

Don't take them on an empty stomach
I've been taking these supplements for over a month now - I've got lots of energy and and the capsules are fairly easy to swallow. Take one capsule a day and just make sure you take it with a meal (as recommended in the 'directions for use' on the packet). I've taken them on an empty stomach several times before and they made me feel sick about 30 mins after swallowing the capsule.
