Just unpackaged my laptop. It came with a charger. I was very worried it wouldn’t. It has fingerprint reader on it. Love this part. Overall I’m very satisfied!

This computer was my first refurbished product purchase. A big gamble for a Christmas present for my wife. It paid off! This thing is fast and reliable. It was delivered in great packaging, Though not original packaging, this was stated. We just needed the product key for the operating system. Customer service was very prompt in responding and I am thinking of getting another for myself. I know it is not "spanking new" but might as well be. HP Elitebook 840 G6. I already have an HP Stream that is somewhat like this but much less computer. I love the solid state drive on both. Very fast!

Couldn’t use at all and they don’t make the equipment to repair anymore. Waste of money.

Great for the price
Shipping was fast and come well packaged. Laptop came in very clean and ready to use after some updates. Everything worked fine except i noticed the battery seemed to run out rather quickly even after adjusting the power settings.

I made a mistake
I could not hate this laptop more! The initial startup and set up was difficult and unknown territory to me, and looks way less sleek than the pictures described. But it is sturdy and I’m sure once I call customer care they can help me work out what I did wrong and I’m sure I could grow to like it
