Second hand but like new
I know this album well, so I knew it was what I wanted. I will spend many an hour enjoying it and the associated exercise to it. The only thing I wasn't sure about was getting it 2nd hand, but it truly is in perfect, like-new condition. So I'm very happy with this. 😊

Great Blend of Movement and Sitting Meditation!
This is a wonderful meditation practice! It blends movement with sitting meditation. I have done this three times with my students and they find it a great way to literally shake out all the noise in their monkey minds and to move toward a place of deep quiet.

Good if you already have some idea what to do with it
This CD was probably developed to go along with an OSHO book such as his book on meditation. There are 5 tracks or "stages" and no words so the listener is not guided during the musical stages. I would describe the music as electronic or digital. The 1st stage is composed of electronic beats that get more wildly energetic as the track progresses. It starts off with a single beat and more add in making it more ecstatic. The 2nd stage is more musical and like an electric sitar with other digitized sounds and is energetic and is influenced by music from India. The 3rd stage is digital music that starts off somber and then moves into what I would call a more vibratory state, but not wildly energetic more reverential. The 4th stage is silence. The 5th stage is a short track that sounds like a temple bell being struck a few times. I would describe his CD as moving the listener through the wild excitement and ecstasy letting off any excess energy to a calmer state that is more sacred or reverential and into the silence of the cosmic or expanded mind, then the bell being struck to bring the listener back to ordinary reality. If you like ecstatic movement to release and then moving to stillness and silence this is a good set for that purpose.

Great meditation CD
I love Osho Kundalini Meditationa. It really helps releasing stress and tension in my body and allow me to do a quiet meditation afterward. I also love the Nataraj Meditation CD.

You may activate all the sensors through shaking your body, and then you please the sensors, experience the kundalini songs, and make the whole world back to calmness and natureal.....

Unsere Muskulatur kann aktiv, bewusst und unbewusst angespannt, aber nicht gewollt gelöst werden. Dazu brauchen wir den „Gegen-muskel. Bei einem „beinahe Autounfall verspannt „es“ sich automatisch - bei einer Beleidigung/ Kränkung weniger bemerkt, ebenso. In unserer hektischen Welt nehmen wir uns zudem selten die Zeit, zu warten, bis die verspannte Muskulatur Zeit findet, sich wieder zu lösen und die Verspannungen werden chronisch - was wiederum unser Seelenkostüm beeinflusst.Anders als bei einer stillen Sitzmeditation führt diese Schüttel - und Bewegungsmeditation von der Bewegung in die Stille. Die verspannte Muskulatur wird gelockert (auch ohne Physiotherapeut🤣)Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht - nach einem strengen Arbeitstag, auch wenn es noch so spät ist - eine Stunde Kundalinimeditation verbessert meine Schlafqualität derart, dass ich die fehlende Schlafstunde locker verkraften kann. Zudem kommen Gedankensplitter des Tages vorbei, die ich dann auch losschütteln kann. Eine geniale CD, die ich seit Jahren benütze! Bitte nur kaufen, wenn Sie es auch umsetzen, in Eile vielleicht nur mal eine Viertelstunde Schütteln! Viel Spass!

Sarà perché è la meditazione della sera, sarà perché l'ultima fase si può fare sdraiati e 9 volte su 10 si dorme, ma tutti amano la Kundalini. Per dire, non è la Dinamica che è la migliore di tutti ma che tutti odiano...

Meditation for those with mind whirl!
This CD gives the meditation that I think Osho is most famous for, instead of trying to sit and meditate with a mind full of dialogue we are given opportunity to shake the tensions from our body and then dance a while (because dancing requires no mind) and only then do we sit for a while in a cacophony of sound....and then finally we are ready for some silence.I've been a holistic healer for over a decade and this approach is very useful to anyone and everyone, especially those with an overactive mind (and who doesn't!)
