These pods are not working with my Navage...the Navage will not start. Help?

Is the Eucalyptus salt pods discontinued? They are not even available on Navage's own website.

I love Navage- changed my life. I can't tell you if the Eucalyptus is discontinued. But if not- it should be— a complete fail and I returned them.

Are there salt pods with Xylitol besides this one?

So far I've found no other salt pods except those made by Navage. According to Navage they are having issues with the container. Hopefully they will be available again.
