Just what i needed
I brought one from ebay earlier that almost immediately went bad. This one went up to the expectation and has provided battery life like original battery.

Revived the laptop.
Install was effortless and brought the laptop from a 15 minute charge to several hours of use. Far cheaper than buying a new laptop! Recommended.

Brought a refurbished laptop back to life
The refurbished Dell I purchased had zero battery life. Replacing the dead battery with this one and running on energy saver now gives me several hours of unplugged use.

Great service
Great service, definitely a happy customer. Seemed to be a decent replacement for my 7390. Got it in May of 2022. Worked great for almost a year and had some issues. Seller replaced very quickly with no issues. I have no problem recommending this product. Sometimes things don’t go perfect and that’s OK as long as the company stands behind their product. They did and I’m a very happy customer. 5 stars!

4.5 ⭐️ Happily surprised, but have your own tools ready
I purchased this used for $22. I was skeptical. Product had tiny scratches and fingerprints. The wire was a wee bit longer than Dell original, so I had to squeeze it in to fit. But, it works! Dell Latitude 5289 Laptop 2-in-1 fixed. If the wire was identical and the tools useable (completely wrong, but maybe useable in the future for something else), I’d give it 5 stars.

Not as perfect a fit, but with a little english, it works fine
The power tips had a protrusion that made the seating in my 7390 2-in-1 not fit flush, so a little nip and tuck of the clips and it fit just fine, the power cable a little longer, but not too long where I couldn't finesse it to snug fit. Overall pleased.

Battery lasted about 1 year
Battery held up well for the first couple months, but is now underperforming the original battery's storage capacity. I'd say the batter held up for about a year before it was unable to hold a charge.

Why didn’t I do this sooner!
Works like a charm… I’m cord free again! Installation was super easy thanks to the video. I’m getting about 3-4 hours , I haven’t timed it. I’m so pleased.
