I had two full panel blood tests a few months apart. My vitamin D level has increased exponentially since I started taking this supplement. My levels were super low and I barely get sunlight, so I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night before bed. Huge improvement that I wish I had implemented sooner. Good Quality

Easy to swallow capsules

Best vitamin D I’ve tried so far
My doctor recommended that I take this specific brand and I have had no issues with it. Some previous vitamins have upset my stomach but these haven’t caused me any issues. The effects show in my bloodwork. Proof is in the pill! Solid vitamins.

Must Buy! Quality Whole Food Vitamin D3
The MegaFood brand vitamins are my go to for my whole food vitamins. I have found that these are high quality, gentle on your stomach and absorb well. I can take my vitamins first thing in the morning with or without food and not worry about an upset stomach because I am taking a whole food, vegan supplement that my body is craving and wants so there is no need to reject it. As someone who used to have to take baby vitamins...this was so exciting for me to be able to find something like this.
