HoneyTree's Honey, Sugar Free Imitation 12.0 OZ

I have some medical stuff going on that limits sugar for me. Kind of a drag if you like honey on your toast, biscuits, etc. - so this sounded like it would be worth a try. But there are a lot of iffy sweeteners out there, so I didn’t go in with high expectations. Just gonna get right to it. For general condiment use, this is a near perfect swap for actual honey. Taste, consistency, even a sticky feel if you get some on your fingers. Take the honey bottle off the table, put this there, you will be fine. My only caveat is that you will just have to experiment if you are baking with it. It won’t interact precisely the same with yeast, baking powder, etc. , so you’re going to just see how it does in any particular baked goods recipe. P.S. Nice product label / logo, it makes good wall art ;-)

Found this item originally in a retail store and loved it, so when I saw the Amazon had it too, had to order. No aftertaste and tastes exactly like real honey. Also has same consistency as honey. Bonus - doesn't crystalize over time like real honey. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it's so close to the real deal, I'll still buy it. This seller provided fast shipping.

I really didn't that anything without sugar could act like honey. Sure,maybe it tastes like honey, but it would be watery. I have to say that HoneyTree's Honey made me re-think my expectations. My husband and I are on a keto diet, and while sugar alternatives abound, sometimes we want a little more flavor. For example, we had found a keto-friendly "honey mustard" dressing, but it was quite vinegary. I added about a tablespoon of the HoneyTree's Honey to it and voila -- the perfect dressing. I also make my own barbeque sauce (keto-friendly, of course), and this turned out to be a great addition to the recipe. I'm so glad I found this product!

This perfect for my keto friends who miss honey in their tea only a teaspoon is needed at you have that great honey taste with less carbs.

I was surprised at how much like real honey this tasted. It's a great substitute for those of us watching our sugar intake. Note that it's primarily maltitol, a sugar alcohol that can still raise blood glucose levels, though less and at a slower rate than pure sugar or honey.

I was surprised how close this tastes to real honey! Many other brands have let me down previously, but I was extremely impressed with this one. If you put it in food, the aroma and the taste is not as vibrant as real honey, but it still is a very good honey replacer. I will definitely buy another bottle after I finish my current one.

Really like the consistency was very close to honey. Flavor great the only difference to me was it seems sweeter (ex 3/4 tsp instead of 1tsp)

The product arrived. Examined and tasted the substitute honey. Satisfied with the taste. But the substitute honey still has too many calories. Therefore the product will not help with my weight loss.
