These are great! The only thing I used for baths. They're perfect for healing, not scentsy at all, and it relaxed me! I wish I could of gotten more. The only thing I hate is the process to prepare them, but its worth it!

I purchased 4 bags of this to use after I had my baby but I only ended up using 2. I healed unbelievably fast and at no expense to the quality of healing. I was in surgery for an hour after delivery as they tried to stitch everything back together and I had to get a suture check at 4 weeks. When I went for my check up the dr was shocked at how well I had healed and said it was “surprising”. This is in contrast to the 6 MONTHS it took me to heal after my first delivery. I had third degree tearing with both of them but the tearing was significantly worse with the second yet this stuff helped me heal like it was nothing.

I love Birthsong Botanicals. The herb sitz bath is vital for healing after childbirth. I used it many times to relax and soothe. I was not prepared right after delivering my son and so did not have this until about two weeks after his birth. It still worked wonders. I used this herb sitz bath with Motherlove sitz bath spray and I healed up quickly. I trust this company as they use high quality and organic ingredients. I have bought several bags and gifted to friends who were getting ready to have their babies. Highly recommend.

This stuff is amazing. Yes, it has to steep like a giant tea bag for 15 minutes prior to use but that is about the length of time it takes my tub to fill. And it is well worth it! Within minutes of soaking in the tub I felt better in sensitive areas (4 days postpartem with a natural birth). A feeling of freshness and calm set in.....much needed!
