I'm 5'9", 155lbs and the Medium is just about right. I wouldn't want to go smaller.

Q: How long is this jacket?

I am 5’9”. This jacket goes down to thighs. I will recommend you to go to a store and checkout jackets of your size and then order.

Q: is the black long coat thickened like the navy shows it is in the pictures. I wanted it in black and it does not say if that one is the heavier coat?

Its kinda heavy,surprisingly its not too thick but still super warm. I love it.
