Green tea with a good taste and for a green tea mellow, from first cup to last enjoyable, four level teaspoons per pot,I use the luxury of using tea only once before changing out tea.

Don't let your water boil! It's delicate.
This tea is delicious but very delicate! It tastes different from Japanese green tea. It brews best with hot water that's not quite boiling. Short steeps under 5 minutes are recommended so that the tea doesn't get too astringent or bitter. It tastes even better if you mix it with lavender or yellow chrysanthemum! This tea is enjoyable as a cold brew as well. If you were expecting oolong because of the shape (I was because I didn't read) it's not. This is a refreshing tea that will last a long time. But it is not good for multiple steps.

Very authentic
I don’t usually leave reviews but! Guys, this tea is sooooo authentic! Don’t boil water too hot around 170 degree is good. Taste same as what I had in China. Can’t wait to try their other teas

Authentic tea
This green tea tastes great without breaking the bank Much better than the one I bought from the local store which tastes awful and not even green , it is black but labeled as green tea. I guess when the seller sells teas in the open market like Amazon, the product has got to be good. Definitely will buy it again

The aroma was rather weak, even immediately after opening
Not a bad tea per se, but the aroma of Bi Luo Chun was rather weak.

Nice Bi Luo Chun (Spring Snail) for the price
For the price, it's a decent deal for a good Bi Luo Chun. It has the sweet, chestnut aroma that I remember and a good starter to anyone that likes their green tea to be more than Earthy, grassy and plant taste that is usually the notes of a Ban cha. Many co. that mark "green tea" tends to be a Ban cha. Anyone new to green tea or want something memorable in a good way, this is not a bad start. Bi Luo Chun cha is the 2nd most prized green tea in CN. 1st one is Dragon Well. They both have that chestnut aroma. The aroma is a little stronger in Dragon Well (Long Jeng). Gyo kuro tea also has similar notes. There are a handful of teas with this distinctive note. Suggest cold brewing concentrated over night and then dilute with hot or cold water to your liking. It draws out the subtle sweetness more without the heat to bring out astringency. As much as I enjoy this, there are higher quality and out there. Don't let the aroma of dry leaves fool you. It's one of those teas that have a completely different aroma when wet vs. dry.
