I got these to make the fence a bit higher to stop the kids from kicking their balls over. The trellis is well made and looks nice. Had a slight problem with delivery as only one was delivered instead of two, but that was very quickly resolved with the other one being sent straight out, so I can say excellent customer service. I would recommend this company.

I purchased 5 of these trellis panels which arrived today. The product is accurately described and looks very sturdy. I purchased these after trying bamboo screens which barely lasted 2 seasons. (Yes - I know I should have known). This is a different class. Delivery was good and the driver helpful in placing the product in a secure place. One small quibble is that they were delivered a day early! As someone who is currently suffering from two "lost" consignments with another carrier I would not make an issue of this. I had a query about delivery which was answered promptly by the vendor. I have no hesitation in recommending this product and company to others.

Ive used this firm before for trellis this time for my mums garden. The quality is great the delivery service is very good although my only gripe is you put clear instruction on how and where u want them put on delivery only for the driver to just dump them on my mothers doorstep because he couldnt be bothered to either read the instructions or couldnt be arsed to pop them around the corner under the lean-to as requested. Luckily mum came out & asked him if he would place them around the corner as she is an older lady so to speak. This has nothing to do with the firm they came from im sure. Ordered up and delivered within 4 days. And a good deal cheaper than the garden centres around here.

I ordered two of the 6ft x 3ft trellis frames which were delivered well within the scheduled delivery time. Unfortunately, one had been damaged in transit and the other had a wood knot on the long side of the frame that had split making it unstable. I looked to the heavens and thought "this is going to be a pain!" But how wrong I was!! I got in touch with the sellers via Amazon and explained the situation, providing a couple of images to illustrate the problems. I got a reply straightaway from Trish who firstly apologised for the inconvenience and was then incredibly helpful in arranging for two replacements to be dispatched immediately. That was on a Friday and they were delivered the following Monday morning. The replacements were absolutely perfect and (although I'm no expert) the build quality looks splendid. One is already in place - see photo. To sum up - whilst the problems with the initial order were unfortunate, I must highly recommend the splendid after sales service and a shout out to Trish. The sellers, Premier Garden Supplies, clearly take this element of their business seriously, unlike a lot of others as I'm sure many of you like me will have experienced. I'm a very happy customer that would purchase further items from PGS!
