I really like this book and happy I got it. It's easy to read, has all the information I need to read cards without extra fluff that other books have. I bought this for a friend and she loves it too.

I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy, quick read and made learning cartomancy easy! Definitely would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning.

This is a fun way to learn to read the playing cards. Gives good information that is helpful to your journey of becoming a card reader.

Explanations were clear, how to read cards upright & reversed. Good for adults not children 16 & under (jmo)

This is a brilliant book for the card player

Carole Anne has written an easy to read, easy to follow guide. Whether you are a cover to cover or dip in and out reader, this book will suit you. The tips and modern meanings are a guide - Carole Anne encourages the reader to find their own meanings once they’ve become confident with the basis meanings. There are helpful suggestions for card spreads, with actual readings given for the spreads. I especially liked this aspect as I was able to look back at the cards drawn and link suggested meanings to the actual reading and this shows how you can progress to more intuitive readings as given by Carole Anne to her sitters.I have tried ribbon reading in the past so it was a pleasant surprise to have a section at the end devoted to other tools you can use such as pendulum and ribbon readings and I found this a very useful recap.I would recommend this book to anyone with an interest in card reading but who may not want to invest in more expensive “tools” such as tarot cards, pendulums etc., when they’re more likely to have a normal pack of playing cards lying around. Carole Anne gives guidance on how to cleanse and prepare these cards for readings to provide you with a complete guide in one easy to read book. Really enjoyed it!
