Ideal to replace the electric cord on antique lamp

This was used to replace the damaged cloth lead on an antique lamp ( used with a new safety lamp holder) and if you can wire a 13A plug top and lamp holder, it great. Just use electrical tape to stop the braiding from moving back along the conductors when you strip back insulation for terminating.
