Great Value Cooler!
I bought this cooler for use on day rides in a UTV. I was impressed with the quality right out of the box. The construction is excellent and the cooler seals very well. It keeps ice just as well as my other “brand” name roto molded coolers. I only wish there was an accessory basket available to keep sandwiches up and dry.

Great cooler.
If you're smart about coolers, and pre chill the cooler, and pre chill the food, it will last a long time. I pre chilled everything and used a 60/40 mix of 60% block ice and it lasted through my 6 day trip easy. I also kept a mylar blanket over it when the sun was on it.edit....... I'm probably 8-10 trips deep with this cooler now. It is absolutely amazing. I've loaned this cooler out to family members and they loved it to much, that they bought the same exact one. It's a beast. It's not light, it's got a heavy lid, it is robust. That is what makes it so good tho. You won't be disappointed.

Nice quality cooler.
It didn't hold ice in 70 degree weather as long as advertised but it is a good sturdy cooler. Ice retention was about 2 days, not 5-7 as advertised. FYI I accessed the cooler only 2-3 times a day on average and was mindful about keeping it closed up as much as possible.

Keeps closed when falling off boat on road at 70mph
The media could not be loaded. Really good cooler. Just wish I could find rubbers for the bottom

Meh… spend a little more elsewhere and get a LOT more
The media could not be loaded. Amazon deleted previous review since I recommended another company… I’ll try again: This was just OK, didn’t keep ice more than a few days in cool and only slightly warm spring weather. It has the basic design that you would expect in a Roto miled cooler, but if you spend just a little bit more with a company like Canyon coolers, made in USA, lifetime warranty. Video of frog in cooler before I returned it.

Great budget cooler
Excellent cooler that performs quite well. I compared it to my old inexpensive 45qt Coleman performance series. I put a cool pack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08DRTR1YN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) chilled to 5F in each empty cooler. I checked them after 6 hours. Coleman's temperature was 70F and Coastland was 40F. It is quite impressive difference. I bet it will do a great job in my camping trips.

Heavy, but well made
These are great for camping or road trips. I haven’t found any cooler that lasts a full week, but these come close. I put a layer of cardboard in the bottom, add some dry ice and cover it with a layer of ice. I then put another layer of cardboard on top. Then I put my cold items in and they stay cold, without getting wet. Just be careful not to open it much and keep it out of the Sun. It seems to work as well as Yeti and other name brands. It even has a place to put a lock if desired. It is a bit heavy, but that’s also what insulates it.

I cannot tell you in a few words how much I am delighted with this purchase!
I finally got a chance to test my new Coastland Cooler a couple of weeks ago at 32 degrees Celcius for 4 days. Due to a last-minute decision to make the trip, I was not organized as I would normally be. Things were hastily packed and I set out on a 10-hour drive Saturday morning without any sleep. I motored up the lake for 4 hours in direct sunlight stopping only to search for an island campsite. I was so tired when I arrived that I didn't feel like cooking and instead raided my dried food packed in my dry barrel. It was so hot that the steaks and burgers etc. stayed tightly sealed in the cooler and it never got opened until my return on the fifth day. I had originally planned to use dry ice but because the dry ice retailers were closed on Saturdays I had only two ice blocks that I had made in plastic 1 litre milk jugs. I precooled the cooler with 2 blocks of ice 3 hours prior to leaving and added a bag of ice cubes on top at departure time. I was amazed when I arrived back home. I expected to find a stinky mess of ruined meats but to my surprise and delight, the ice blocks were 2/3 intact. Yes, the steaks and hamburgers were thawed, but they were still cold and quite viable. I released the meltwater through the drain plug each day and got only a trickle. I found that I was perfectly happy using the cooler as a seat and never erected my camp stool which will now be left at home on camping trips in the future. I saw a blurb about this cooler being bear-proof if the two forward corners were secured with padlocks but I skimped and bought two automotive safety pins to secure the lid for a little over $6.00. I guess the bears didn't smell any good scents due to the tight fit of the cooler lid and I didn't have any bear encounters.I noticed some negative remarks in the comments about the rope handles on each side of the box and the lid locks. So, I tested the handles many times over the 4 days on the island and they never slipped or broke. I found the rubber sleeves over the handles were quite comfortable on the hands. The lid locks fit snug but do a great job of keeping the lid sealed. Kids would have a very difficult time opening them but any adult should find them OK. My boat is a Sea Eagle PaddleSki 437 with a 6 HP outboard. One of the reasons I chose it was its great load-carrying capacity of 850 lbs. It is 36 inches wide on the floor and there was ample room for the cooler to fit. I like that the cooler is white and doesn't absorb the sun's rays like a dark-coloured cooler. At $140. Cdn plus tax it blew away my friend's similar-sized Yeti he paid $300.USD for. He told me his ice was done after 2 1/2 days in direct sun and 32 degrees Celcius. Next time out, likely next season, I'll pack some dry ice in to preserve my regular ice but I believe that properly pre-cooled and packed this cooler might extend my ice up to 7 or 8 days. I'll update this review after testing! I didn't mention, that this is a 25-quart cooler and I will be buying a 45-quart version for family outings! I hope this review is helpful to you!

Not Sure
The outer skin on the bottom is separating from the blown insulation. Is this a sign of what may happen to the rest of the cooler? It seems that the yellow tint of the interior is migrating through to be seen on the white exterior.
