While I've had other pairs of designer shades (that I've gotten as gifts), I wouldn't consider myself an expert on them by any means. They're really just shades to me, and I normally buy cheap $5-10 pairs anyway.That being said, I decided to splurge (somewhat) on a nice pair for vacation, and these are what I landed on. Not gonna lie, I love them. I wanted the all black ones, but they weren't available, but I'm glad because these transparent grey ones, with the gold Versace Head of Medusa emblem, are absolutely stunning to me. Even on my big head, which they fit perfectly on.As far as their purpose serves... Again, they're shades. They get the job done.

So I brought these and w pairs of fakes that were way way cheaper with the hope that the fakes would be a good enough quality to satisfy. But even before I opened the Amazon packages I could tell the diff. These come in a beautiful box well wrapped inside an out. The glasses themselves are clearly thicker and I higher quality. The metal work is a way better quality. And the color so vibrant as you can see (fakes on left, originals on right). Luckily I got them on sale coz there is no way I can send them back. Sometimes you just have to indulge and this for me was one of these times. Totally worth the money, great quality!

There is no quality to these at all they look cheap and feel cheap. The lens are slightly distorted when you look through them. Very disappointing plus their overall appearance is not classy or elegant on any level they look like a dollar store purchase
