I have a home office in my living room so I was concerned about putting an office chair in there. Well I shouldn't have worried. This chair works great as an office chair but actually matches the decor in my living room. It is so soft and comfortable.

This chair is beautiful! It perfectly matches and amazing high quality blue velvet covered sleigh bed I purchased from Wayfare. I am using this chair at a vanity table, and because of the shape of the back it’s slides nicely under the table when I am not using it. I noticed a review that said the wheels would not lock into the legs. This is not accurate. The wheels do lock into the supporting legs, but you have to turn and push them at the same time because there is a locking washer that connects the wheels to the legs of the chair. This is important because otherwise every time you moved the chair, you would be in danger of the wheels falling out and you tipping over. This appears to be a very well-made chair. The fabric is very soft to the touch and is a truly gorgeous velvet just like my bed. I am completely pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

I was leery of buying this chair due to some of the reviews, but it was the right price and the right color and fabric. I am so glad I did. The fabric is wonderfully soft and has held up well for three months so far. The chair is very attractive in a mixed use space.The chair is on the harder side on the bottom cushion. I like it but my husband hates it - so be sure you like a firm cushion if you buy this chair. Additionally the back leans back a little - I find this 'makes' me sit straighter and lean back away from my keyboard so I am almost forced into sitting correctly - it's been great for my carpal's tunnel and my neck as I don't have to keep remembering to sit back and straight - the chair makes me do it to be comfortable.No issues so far with the height changing by itself. It adjusts well and stays where it is put.

I've been searching for weeks online and in brick-and-mortar stores trying to find a chair that would be a perfect fit for someone who sits cross-legged all day (but also has a nice tall backrest). That isn't made from cold leather/pleather.This was the only thing on Amazon that ticked all the boxes: Low and unobtrusive arm rests (in fact, they help keep the knees from hyperextending); can recline the back; fabric's not too scratchy; seat is nice and wide (about 20 inches).It was a massive pain to assemble, and it looks like something the 70's would reject (a darker shade of gray, or black, could fix that). But it IS very comfortable, and feels sturdy.If you value function over form, its a good investment.My cat is going to destroy this thing.

I was looking for an office chair that 1) reclines, 2) doesn't block my legs with high armrests if I want to sit cross legged, and 3) isn't hideous. Love the silver base and wheel covers (wish the wheels themselves were white too). The way it reclines is very comfy - it lifts your butt as it tips back. I do have to use a lumbar pillow because of the puffy bulge at the top on the back. It hits right at shoulder height (I'm 5'10") and leaves a huge gap at my lower back. Also, it was pretty confusing to put together. There's just a tiny diagram to guide you and it doesn't go together the way I intuitively thought. But it was definitely worth it and I'd buy it again.

I looked for weeks to find the perfect chair for my office. So many others had a weird seam down the back, and I didn’t want once that looked ugly when the chair was pushed into my desk. This chair is PERFECT! The color is a beautiful pink, not to bright, but not dull at all. The material is super soft and the chair has a nice gentle lean back which is something I like to do when I’m sitting for a while. I would imagine if you were obese this may not be the best chair. I am an average sized woman, and I would imagine it would be comfy for someone up to a size 16/18. It was super easy to put together and took me about 5 minutes. I love this chair and I’m so happy I bought it!! If you’re on the fence and looking for a plush cozy chair, think no more! Buy it!!

Beautiful chair. Very very easy to assemble. This is to be used for my home office - I work from home when I want/need to. I am not sure this gives the most back support but it is comfortable. Might not be the chair I would want if I sat in it 100% work from home. But I am very happy with my purchase.

This chair is very attractive and looks exactly as shown in the photo. It was super easy to assemble. The only drawback is that is it not very comfortable. There's not much to the cushion.

Very very squeaky and creaky; unfortunately not well built but I did get a partial refund.Nice back support although needs more seat cushioning.Looks and feels lovely.

A little pricey when compared with others. Nice quality but room for improvement in the depth of padding.As a large item, returning it would be problematic, particularly as it is difficult to disassemble. To get an alternative would be another gamble.These type of things are best bought offline where a better judgement can be made.
