Real Parmigiana without GMO or cellulose filler
This shaved Parmesan is a nice addition for salads and really anything that cheese goes with. I like that it doesn’t contain cellulose as a filler and have successfully froze a bag and it revived very well.

Makes food taste better!
I made a quick lasagna & thank this cheese for the good reviews. Quality ingredients are more important than the time it takes to make it. My family has a recipe that takes longer but because of this cheese I think my quicker, easy lasagna outscores it. Also the Made in Italy organic Lasagna noodles by 365 brand added to the the stellar outcome. What to do when you make two trays and it’s so good you don’t get to freeze the second one but eat it next day? These quality ingredients make the difference!
