Plastic bag had small split. it was repackaged don't know who did it. thankfully not much seed lost. otherwise all ok

I bought this for my garden birdsAnd it’s been a big disaster for my pocket and wild life birds , for some reason the different breeds of wild birds that visit my garden and feeding stations have not interest in the black seedsSo unfortunately I’ve had to bin it as I don’t feel it’s safe if the birds won’t eat it , not even my wild wood pigeons will eat it so it’s a big NO , Absolutely not for my wide range of birds
