This is a slightly better version of oatmeal. If you don't like oatmeal much, this may not be for you. If you start your dungeon delving adventure with a hot oatmeal, however, this one is +4.

Love hot cereal on chilly mornings!
I love how hearty thos cereal is. I add a handful of chopped nuts, some chia and hemp hearts and top with honey from our bees and some coconut milk. It's delicious!
