Look closely at the hub for air flow
Bought a lightly used '07 5erTH about 5 weeks ago and I'm doing some upgrading I noticed the ceiling fan blades were on the verge of crumbling away. Sooo, my Amazon fix was was called on to remedy the problem. Shaft for was great. My only duh moment was not seeing the not so easy to see this side up printed on the fan blade before I put the first one on. It's white on white in tiny print on the hub of the blade. Works well either way , , , just depends on whether you want the fan to inhale or exhale air to or from your camper (JMHO, bathroom is better off being an exhale direction, JusSayin').

Vent line motor replacement
Dimensional and mounting hole EXACT replacement for VCO468-00 used in Vent-line vent. Only difference is D-shaft (requiring new fan blade with correct hole) and pig-tails soldered on (de-solder and clean. The crimped push one ‘attach’, though a little large). Much better that factory retrofit that uses a smaller motor requiring you to drill new mounting screw holes and a new fan blade to fit different shaft. And, oh yeah, costs four times as much for a two pack solution.

Air flow is inward a downward air flow
My motorhome is a 1989 so the installation was a little more than just snapping the screen down. Having never replaced the fan blades made it a little challenging. Once I removed the 4 screws that held the housing and the 2 screws that hold the screen and the one screw that holds the winding handle I was able to remove the old brittle fan. With a little muscle I was able to push the new fan onto the motor shaft. The issue I have is that the air flow is inward and I wanted a fan that exhausted the bathroom air. O well at least it is working !

Good inexpensive 12 volt fan motor
This is exactly what I needed. I only needed one, but having a spare is good. I will only update this review if there are reliability problems with the motor(s). I used this item to replace the motor on an exhaust fan on my boat. I rewired the original fan to run off of the boat's 12-volt power system (rather than its own internal isolated solar-powered single C-cell setup). I wired it to be reverse-able (in and out) and it is working well.

This is NOT a direct replacement for the Ventline motor
This is NOT a direct replacement for the small fan motors that you will find in the Ventline RV Roof Vent. The original Ventline motor has mounting screw holes that are 5/8 inch apart. These mounting holes are much farther apart (1 inch) and the motor form factor is much larger. In addition, this one has lots of openings in the motor case (for airflow/cooling?) that are a welcome entry point for debris, dust, and water, and the heat-shrink tubing over the solder joints were not 'shrunk' properly. I would look elsewhere if you are attempting to replace a burned out Ventline RV Roof Vent motor (which I seem to have to do every 2 years or so).

Perfect fit
I see others say the fan blows the wrong way. Its because you put the blade on upside down. The "this side towards motor" molded in the plastic is there for a reason.

Fits perfectly on D-shaft retrofit motor for vent-line RV vent
Replaced two motors that had exact mounting dimensions, but required a change of shaft mounting fan. Fits exactly at one fourth the cost of recommended replacement WITHOUT having to drill new mounting holes
