Thick, comfortable and well made
I love this, very thick and fitted, but XL for knee but it was a bit small, fits pretty much anywhere else, so I got an XXL to avoid struggling to pull up the tighter sleeve, great choice. Stays cold about 20 minutes, then refreeze and use again for a 2-3 hour cycle; would highly recommend if you need and all around icing.

Measurements are not accurate and it is heavy
It did not fit according to the measurements listed. I measured my knee and leg before ordering and I could not get it on. My husband put it in the freezer before I had a chance to try it on and it was incredibly heavy, so if it did fit, I do not see how to run or exercise with it on. Not for me and I do not recommend.
