Just what I was looking for! Sooo yummy! We have spent years trying to find a balsamic vinegar to replace the one we used, (but went out of business). My husband and I are so excited! A world renowned chef turned us on to a little known secret; he used a brand that was priced comparable to this one from ELLORA FARMS, but just as good a flavor and texture as balsamic vinegars priced over $100. When they went out of business, we thought we would never be able to afford a great quality balsamic vinegar again. UNTIL TODAY! This is wonderful! It's rich in flavor, not tangy. The texture is more towards a glaze. We can't wait to try the infused oned!

I never knew vinegar could taste this good. I got the peach balsamic vinegar and let me tell you this company lives up to their name.

Got the peach flavor. I like the flavor and think it is nicely peachy with enough acid, some sweetness. Has real bits of peach in the vinegar. If you want a vinegar that looks good, and don't like the peach pieces sitting on your salad, this might not be for you. But I wanted real peach flavor from peaches, not artificial flavors, and it is clear they are using real peaches for their vinegar.

I ordered this before and loved it. This time the vinegar had turned to a jelly like mass and could not be used. I tried to return, but it was a product that did not allow returns. I attempted to contact Ellora Farms directly and the website link was not valid. I reached out through Instagram messenger but they never responded, all it did was redirect me to the invalid site. I am now stuck with a bottle of jelly that smells bad and no response from the company.

The vinegar that this company produces are exceptionally tasty. I have tried several of the flavors and I really likes them. I use them in place of salad dressing. They taste so good. I would order again from this company. They really do a great job on their product.

I greatly dislike thin infused balsamic. This one is just right and a little goes well over good Vanilla Ice Cream. Yummy !!!❤️💚💜💙
